  1. Design, develop and deploy programs for program specifications
  2. Construct and implement application programs
  3. Construct/ develop programs including coding, testing and debugging
  4. Ensure documentation of code/classes
  5. Designing application prototypes
  6. Coordinate application plans with the development team or clients
  7. Adhere to Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies and processes
  8. Design, develop and deploy eLearning solutions that meet the Department’s needs and optimize efficacy through training and support


Qualifications


  1. Tertiary qualification in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and/or Information Systems and/or Information Technology and/or Technical Certification in an IT field
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an application developer working with:
  3. ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 5 & C#
  4. JavaScript & JQuery
  5. HTML and CSS
  6. Blazor
  7. Angular
  8. SharePoint 2010
  9. SQL – SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  10. Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures
  11. Versioning Software
  12. Proficient in source code management applications
